Welcome to the website for Central New York’s premier woodworking organization. Members of our group are interested in all forms of woodworking.  We welcome you to join us at any meeting.

SWWA is a non-profit organization whose membership is comprised of over 150 woodworking enthusiasts, ranging from novice through professional.  We serve the Central NY area but our membership draws woodworkers from all around the area. We draw members from as far north as Clayton and Watertown; south as far south as Binghamton; as far east as Utica and Clayville; and as far west as Rochester. Regularly, members from those areas attend our meetings.  Our club meets the 1st Wednesday of every month with meetings starting at 6:30 pm and generally ending by 9 pm.   Our meetings are held in the Community Room of the Belgium Cold Springs Fire Department Station 1 which is at 7920 River Road, Baldwinsville.

SWWA produces a newsletter named Woodchips on a monthly basis to keep its members informed of club activities, summarize the previous month’s activities, and present relevant woodworking information to its readers. The latest newsletter is not made available until after the meeting it references as it is one of the benefits of membership. Connect to the newsletter webpage below.
